Animist Psychology
Animist psychology is a framework that views the world through a lens of interconnectedness and Earth-honoring spirituality. It is based on the belief that all things, animate and inanimate, possess a spirit or essence. This perspective suggests that humans are not separate from the natural world but are deeply intertwined with it. Animist psychology emphasizes the importance of honoring and respecting all beings, recognizing their inherent value and agency. It often involves practices such as rituals, ceremonies, and storytelling to connect with the spiritual world and foster a sense of belonging.

Grief Tending
Grief tending is the much-needed medicine of our times. When we create spaces for our grief to be witnessed and welcomed, not only do we allow our grief to flow and move, but we also expand our capacity to feel love, connection, presence, and belonging.
’Grief tending’ can look like giving time and space to tend to our grief in the company of others. Being witnessed by a group of safe and compassionate people is truly powerful and life affirming. We are not meant to heal or grieve alone. This social experiment of modern life has indeed failed us. Never before have we been lonelier and the experience of losing someone has become excruciating for many people, enhancing feelings of isolation. I am extremely passionate about creating these gentle and trauma-informed spaces in community with you. -
